Suction lances with level switches
Kwerk GmbH supplies suction lances with 1 or 2 level probes and foot valve with 3/8 inch or ½ inch connections.
Basically, a suction lance consists of a suction tube with integrated hose, a foot valve with sieve for coarse suspended particles / dirt and an integrated level switch for controlling the pumps or other parts of the system.
Our suction kits are available with or without level monitoring. The level switch signals the level of the storage tank. The simplest version is equipped with a level switch and provides the signal empty signal. In the two-stage version, the level switch can supply the signal just before the empty signal or fulfill other options
We usually manufacture suction lances made of the materials PVC U, PVC C, PP, PE and PVDF, you can choose hiss an EPDM and FPM (Viton) seal.
In the concrete example, we have the customer still a acid vapor separator type SDA 90 built to prevent the outgassing of chemicals with the IBC lid DN 150. Inform yourself also about the different cover variants for the IBC in the versions DN 150 and DN 200.
