PLASTIC NEEDLE VALVES INTERNAL THREAD, EXTERNAL THREAD AND ANGLE PORTING

We produce the plastic needle valves in different designs and materials on our 5-axis manufacturing centers. Conical valve seat and valve piston allow perfect fine-tuning of the valve. In particular with small dimensions, a plastic needle valve ensures exact control of the volume flow. The seals are made of FPM. We produce plastic needle valves with pass internal thread, pass external thread and angle porting internal thread. We modify our standard program for some customers upon special request.
