High efficiency and strong dirt-holding capacities as well as an outstanding chemical compatibility make the filter bags a very popular product. Demanding filtration processes can be realized with separation rates between 1 and 800 microns. Filter bag series BP, BPHE and BN
Characteristics:
- thermally welded seams for constantly effective filtering
- fewer bag changes because of greater surface
- semi-solid cylindrical construction, easy to shred and to dispose
The polypropylene bags are compatible with a variety of corrosive liquids, like organic solvents, oils, acids, alkalis and microorganisms.
Filter bags of the BP series (polypropylene felt)
In order to meet all filtration requirements, a great choice of micron ratings (1 to 200) is available. Because of the high load capacity for solids, the bags are made of felt, as opposed to the similar net fiber. By punching with needles two layers of synthetic fibers, a supporting cotton fabric develops. The outer surface fibers are melted, in order to receive an enameled surface. Thus a binding agent is produced, reducing the probability of migration.
Filter bags of the BPHE series convince by their efficiency
The high efficient filter bags are offered for complex applications , where high efficiency and strong dirt-holding capacities are of utmost importance. Polypropylenes are processed to microfibers with a diameter of 1-10 microns and more. These fibers are transformed into the filter material, which is coated with pressed polypropylene.
Filter bags of the BN series (sieve)
Woven monofil materials are offered in nylon with micron ratings of 50-800 µ and efficiencies of 75 to 95 percent. The materials are washable and reusable.
