On ultra-modern CNC machining centers our technicians produce block flanges in all usual sizes and dimensions. The hexagon grooves are milled with millimeter precision. Then the stainless steel hexagon nuts are inserted with high fitting accuracy, by request  (1.4301) or (1.4571).  The hexagon nuts are fitting tightly in the CNC machined groove and will not get lost during installation.  So you can count on a strong and distorsion-proof assembly part and enormous cost benefits.  We can deliver directly from stock at a reasonable price.
