IBC Cap DN 150, with triple occupancy
For the safe removal and filling of IBC containers, we have manufactured for a well-known customer from the chemical industry, an IBC lid with rotating insert and a triple assignment for various options. The functions are as follows:
- PE double elbow 180 ° da32 mm, for ventilation of the IBC container during filling
- a 90 ° PE sheet with welded PE nipple size 1 "for filling
- another PE Adpater 11/2 "with internal thread for removal of the container
The two other replacement covers for the IBC container DN 150 are each made to customer specifications with a female thread adapter 1 1/2 inches.
Kwerk GmbH manufactures technical solutions for IBC lids DN 150, DN 200 and DN 400 according to customer requirements. Conventional materials such as PE, PE-El (electrically conductive) PE natural as well as special materials in the PPs-EL version (electrically conductive and hardly inflammable).
Depending on the approval and application, the SCHÜTZ screw caps we use differ by a color code:
- Screw caps in black are standard
- green are FDA approved (for food, medicines, etc.)
- red screw caps have a UN approval (dangerous goods)
