For a client in Italy, we recently successfully implemented another project:
A customized GRP-ECTFE Strainer DN200, engineered for Sodium Hypochlorite 12–14% – a medium that requires the highest standards in material, sealing, and engineering.
Technical Highlights:
- Housing: FRP with 4.0 mm ECTFE lining
- Connection: 4" ANSI Fixed Flange (Inlet & Outlet)
- Seals: PTFE
- Fasteners: V2A
- Operating Pressure: 8.5 bar / Test Pressure: 11 bar
- Certification: CE 0035 by TÜV Rheinland
- Volume: 20 Liters
Filtration System:
- Basket: ECTFE with round perforations (Ø15 mm, 20 mm spacing)
- Fine Filter Insert: ETFE fabric, 250 μm, approx. 39% free area
