200-liter dosing containers now available in electrically conductive plastics
We’re thrilled to introduce a new addition to our product lineup - 200-liter dosing containers now available in electrically conductive plastics.
These dosing containers are designed with precision and reliability in mind. Crafted from LLDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) in a sleek black finish, they are UV-stabilized, food-safe, and highly resistant to chemicals. With a built-in liter scale, measuring liquid levels has never been easier.
But what sets these containers apart is their versatility. Featuring increased wall thickness to accommodate media with a relative density of up to 1.8, they offer robust performance across a wide range of applications. The secure screw cap with a DN160 seal in blue ensures that your materials are stored safely and securely.
In addition to these features, our dosing containers are equipped with a range of essential components:
- Overflow nozzle (d75) with a PE 90° bend
- Filling nozzle (d32) with PE/FPM (Viton) connection, including a PE immersion tube
- Sampling nozzle (d32) with a PE screw-in part
- Venting nozzle (d75) with PE screw-in part, FPM O-ring, PVC insert part, and PVC union nut
- R2" level nozzle for ultrasonic sensors
- Bottom outlet Rp3/4" internal thread, drilled to d16 mm
