Taking of samples for the chemical industry and process technology Our unity for taking a specimen serves the secure sampling of aggressive chemicals/liquids during a continual process. Since the sampling itself is only possible when the Apparatus is closed properly protection from possibly leaking liquids is guaranteed. In case the dosage is too high, the liquid will be lead away separately by an included under- and overflow system at the bottom. The height of the plate, on which the filling device is placed, can be changed and therefore is adjustable to the height of the device. The installation of a port for a suction plant is optional. Material: Body: Polypropylene (PP) Rotating Unit: Polyethylene (PE) Protective screen: Polyvinylchloride (PVC transparent) (Different material on request) Installation: To install the unity in the system, from which the liquid should be taken, only a junction in the pipeline is necessary. This junction will be connected to the feed of the unity for taking a specimen (screw section with an 1” external thread). Another connection at the valve’s head serves the installation of a measuring vessel for a precise dosage. Scheme: 1: Close KH 2 2: Open KH 1 in order to remove the wanted amount of the liquid 3: Close KH 2 feed 4: Open KH2 for a secure, unpressurised inflow into the measuring vessel Comment: The emergency outlet (red) is activated, when the rotary case doesn’t reach its locked position. |

The Solution for Precise Sampling - Kwerk’s Innovative Probe Extraction Unit Kwerk has developed a specialized probe extraction unit designed to meet the requirements of the chemical and process engineering industries. Our high-quality sampling cabinets enable safe extraction of aggressive chemicals and liquids during ongoing processes. The closed design of our probe extraction unit ensures secure containment of fluids, minimizing the risk of leaks. A transparent protective shield provides clear visibility while ensuring safe handling. In the event of over-dosage, an integrated overflow system allows separate drainage of the excess liquid at the bottom. Flexibility is key. The plate on which the collection vessel is placed is adjustable in height, accommodating vessels of different sizes. Additionally, we offer an optional connection for suction, enabling optimal control of process conditions. Our probe extraction unit is constructed from premium materials:- Housing: Polypropylene (PP) - Rotating unit: Polyethylene (PE) - Protective shield: Polyvinyl chloride (transparent PVC) - (Other materials available upon request) At Kwerk, we prioritize quality and reliability. Our probe extraction unit has been meticulously designed and engineered to meet the highest standards.
