The 2 inch(51 mm) air operated diaphragm pumps made of injection molded plastic parts achieve a flow rate of up to 650 l/min (172 gal/min). They are available in natural or conductive polypropylene and PVDF for optimum fluid compatibility and corrosion resistance. Laterally offset inlet and outlet ports to prevent fouling of the pump of the pump body in the event of leaks. Inlet and outlet manifolds can be rotated 180º to provide maximum versatility in pump installation. The flanged screw connections comply with both DIN and ANSI standards. These pumps are used for transferring, bottling and batching in a variety of industries. Chemical Pumps - Reliable Conveying Solutions for the Chemical and Process Industry |
At Kwerk, we offer a variety of chemical pumps in different designs and configurations. Our metering pumps, also known as displacement pumps, enable precise dosing of accurately defined volumetric flows regardless of pressure conditions. They are widely used in dosing technology, especially for the addition of additives. Our plastic centrifugal pumps, also referred to as centrifugal pumps, utilize centrifugal forces to convey liquid media. The rotational speed of the impeller creates centrifugal forces that propel the medium with pressure out of the pump. These pumps are particularly suitable for water treatment applications. The air-operated diaphragm pump conveys media by applying air pressure to a diaphragm, separating the medium from the diaphragm. This provides the advantage of protecting the pump from sludges or contaminants. This pump is ideal for demanding environments. Our drum pumps enable easy emptying of liquids from containers such as drums and tanks. They offer a practical alternative for handling and emptying containers in industrial environments. Eccentric pumps are self-priming displacement pumps that are capable of running dry and are free from cavitation. They are particularly well-suited for frequency control and mobile applications. These pumps are characterized by their robust and reliable construction, ensuring operational safety and low maintenance. Our water jet pumps utilize water as the driving medium to create a vacuum or extract liquids and gases. They find application in laboratory technology for suctioning gases such as oxygen or air and mixing them with water. The submersible pump operates in a vertical configuration similar to a conventional centrifugal pump. Rely on Kwerk as your partner for reliable chemical pumps.
