POT STRAINERS OUT OF PVC U, PP AND PVDF DN 65 - DN 300

When working in the chemical industry and process engineering with plastic pipelines, particularly those with large dimensions, the use of pot strainers made of PVC, PP and PVDF is strongly recommended, in order to protect valves, sensors and pumps against pollution. With this model, the plant operator can rely on a long service life, high endurance and operational safety. Kwerk GmbH offers also GFRP strengthened versions for higher requirements. Pot strainers are perfectly suitable, when because of the structural conditions, downward removal of the strainer is not possible. Downward removal of the strainer means a higher risk potential for the operating personnel and requires enhanced safety precautions. In our workshop we produce a standard range of pot strainers, but furthermore also customized pot strainers according to the mounting situation. The strainers are produced with fixed flange according to DIN EN 1092-1, DIN 2501 / PN 10 or ANSI. The standard mesh size is 2,0 mm, alternatively 0,5 mm + 1 mm. Other perforations are available on request.
