TRI-CLAMP SOCKET DN 15 - DN 65 ACHEMA2022 EXHIBITION HIGHLIGHT DIN 32676 defines the fittings for food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals - clamp connections for pipes made of stainless steel - version for butt welding. These TRI Clamp connections have the highest hygiene standard and are assembled by hand and without tools. Kwerk GmbH supplies injection-moulded tri-clamp connections made of plastic, based on DIN 32676 in the materials: - PP grey - PP - natural FDA - PE100 black - PVDF FDA For safe and hygienic sealing, we use commercially available stainless steel clamps and seals made of EPDM and PTFE/FPM. This combination ensures the appropriate contact pressure and the required tightness in the process.

BASKET STRAINER DN 50 – DN 500 MATERIAL PP-GRP, PVDF-GRP, ECTFE-GRP Montabaur, October 14, 2010 We have developed a dirt trap made of composite materials for the new Chemiedur® series in the application area of acid, lye and waste water technology. The materials PP-GRP, PVDF-GRP, ECTFE-GRP and similar material combinations are used. The dirt traps are particularly suitable for heavy chemical use at high temperatures in combination with extreme pressure conditions For worldwide sales, we guarantee high quality MADE IN GERMANY, combined with the TÜV specifications for pressure vessels.

SCRAPER MADE OF PE PE - HD, PE - MD, PE - LD, PE - el Montabaur, 27.09.2018 In cooperation with a partner for the injection molding technology, we have access to newly developed scrapers made of PE. The scrapers are used in the fields of chemistry, industry, food technology and also in the disposal. Qualities available are PE-HD (color RED), PE MD (color BLUE and ORANGE), PE-LD (color white natural) and PE-el (electrically conductive). The sale of scrapers made of PE (formerly Fuchs & Partner) takes place worldwide and is a cost-effective and quality-oriented alternative to the previous products on the market.

INDICATOR CARTRIDGE FOR ACID AND LAUGE Montabaur, 18.06.2018 On the already developed SDA 90 - SDA 350 acid vapor separators, we adapt so - called INDICATOR CARTRIDGES for the indication of ACID and LAUGE as optical indication for the saturation of the granules used for acid vapor separators. For installation, only the security label has to be removed and the cartridge screwed on. When using granulate filling, the INDICATOR turns from BLUE to YELLOW when using acidic vapors, and when using lukewarm vapors, the color changes from BLUE to WHITE. As soon as the user detects the color change, both the granules for the SDA and the INDICATOR are used up. This technical solution gives you security when dealing with acid and alkalis and you will recognize the change interval immediately after outgassing of the acid and lye on the color change.

LINER MATERIALS FOR PIPES AND SHAPES ACCORDING TO THE STANDARD DIN 16965 PART 2 / TUBE TYPE B DN 25 - DN 1000 Montabaur, 16.09.2017 Kwerk GmbH now also supplies liner materials for pipes and fittings according to the relevant standard DIN 16965 part 2 / pipe type B. Our delivery program includes: - PVC U plasticizer-free polyvinyl chloride according to DIN 8061, color gray - PVC U plasticizer-free polyvinyl chloride according to DIN 8061, color red - PVC C nachchloriertes polyvinyl chloride according to DIN 8080 - PE-HD high density polyethylene according to DIN 8075 - PP polypropylene according to DIN 8078 - PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride Our fittings made of UP-GF are free from defects such as air bubbles and cracks. Over the entire length of the laminate construction according to DIN 16966 is guaranteed. In principle, other versions in the UP-GF laminate construction can be agreed on request. All sealing surfaces and seams are provided with a laminate layer during production with UP-GF.

With the new assortment, Kwerk GmbH could close an important gap in the field of composite materials, like PVC-U/UP-GF, PEHD/UP-GF, PP-H/UP-GF, PVC-C/UP-GF and PVDF/UP-GF. Y-strainers with the indicated nominal sizes find application in wastewater- chemical- and process engineering. The strong dirt-holding capacity offers significant advantages to the operator, compared with other versions on the market. POT STRAINERS MADE OF PVC U, PP AND PVDF DN 65 - DN 300 Montabaur, 12/09/2016 Our new pot strainers made of PVC U, PP and PVDF,  meet all operational requirements for use in the chemical industry. Other than the simple angle seat strainers, our new pot strainers have high dirt-holding capacities, which increases the lifetimes in plants of the chemical industry and process engineering.  On request, we can equip in our workshop these strainers with measuring instruments, in order to control the procedural steps. PVC TRANSPARENT BALL VALVES d 20 - d 63 mm according to DIN standards and in INCH dimensions Montabaur, 12/09/2016 Together with our partner, we conceive and develop PVC U transparent 2/2-way ball valves for the water technology. The 2-way ball valve is equipped with screw connection and gluing sleeve and is on request also available with internal threads made of  PVC U grey. Housing, inserts and union nuts are made of PVC U transparent, the valve seat of PTFE, the O-rings optionally of  EPDM or FPM and the locking lever of ABS. The ball valve can be operated with a working pressure of max. 10 bar, at a temperature of 20°C. When using the valve, please mind always the pressure and temperature diagram for PVC U transparent.
