Variants ventilation system, emptying and filling

In our manufacturing company we produce IBC accessories for chemical and industrial companies. As standard, the IBC containers are delivered without emptying and filling device on the top cap. In many cases, emptying of the IBC container through the integrated valve is not desirable.

For this reason Kwerk GmbH has modified the IBC caps and offers such caps also in the sizes DN 150 and DN 200. Mainly in demand are modifications of emptying, inlet and ventilation with many possible applications. All caps for the IBC can also be deliverd in rotatable version, which prevents twisting of the complete construction when releasing the cap.

IBC cap with ventilation will be realized by means of a 180° elbow. Installation of a suitable acid vapor separator avoids emission of acids and alkalis. We modify the IBC cap according to customer requests, medium and official requirements. Send us your inquiry or just give us a call.

The PE screw caps DN 150 for IBC tanks and the accessories für IBC water tanks, which we offer, are most suitable for industrial purposes and for chemical and process technology as well.

In many branches of industry, greater quantities of the IBC tanks belong to the auxiliary and raw materials of a production. IBS tanks with screw cap DN 150 are delivered without filling connection and ventilation. In case of acids and alkalis the necessary degassing device is lacking, unless an extraction or exhaust system exists.

The acid vapor separators we developed bring major advantage. Depending on granulate, these absorbers are applied for absorption of acids and alkalis during tanking processes or degassing of volatile media.

The IBC tanks and the accessories for IBC water tanks are designed for industrial use and meet all requirements regarding filling, emtying and storage of IBC tanks. Above are shown the standard versions of the screw caps DN 150 for IBC tanks.
