PRODUCTION OF GFK CONTAINERS THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE QUALITY IS BY HAND The choice of suitable materials is crucial for the durability of a GRP container. At HOBELSBERGER, they are all of high quality. And so is their workmanship. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not assemble prefabricated panels, but produce our containers layer by layer by hand. Sounds old-fashioned, but it guarantees the highest quality. So that your container is still stable and leak-proof even after many years. A HOBELSBERGER GRP container is manufactured in three layers: 1.) A resin-rich material is used inside the container. Resin and hardener can be matched to the filling medium and your desired color. 2) This is followed by a base or carrier layer as a laminate. The selection of resins and glass fleeces or mats is also application-specific here. The number of layers is determined by the static requirements, depending on the filling height/volume and temperature. 3) A final layer, again made of resin-rich material in the color of your choice, protects the container from the outside. For structural reasons (and to enable free-standing constructions), our GRP containers are generally fitted with steel reinforcement. The frames are manufactured exclusively by certified welders and are fully embedded in the GRP structure. In this way, the steel frame is optimally protected against corrosion from the container contents or aggressive ambient environments.

We carry out repairs professionally and within a few days after assessing the damage. Even if you no longer need your GRP tank, HOBELSBERGER still takes responsibility - and organizes professional disposal and recycling.
