PLASTIC  FLANGES - LOOSE FLANGES - BLIND FLANGES For heavy industrial use, machine and plant engineering and chemical industry, Kwerk GmbH offers a wide range of plastic flanges in the form of loose flanges made of PP/steel and blind flanges. The plastic flanges provided by producer/supplier are  seamlessly sprayed, thick walled and diffusion-resistant PP loose flanges and blind flanges with PP-GF coating. Dimensions comply with ISO / DIN 2501 PN 10. In the industrial plant construction for plastic pipe systems, the flanges are intended to be used with flange sleeves and stub flanges according to ISO / DIN. Because of the combination of an extremely hard steel core with high yield strength and a coating with elastic PP (black) with a chemically coupled glass fibre content, the flanges are the ideal connection element for plastic pipe systems. They are corrosion-proof, give high reliability in continuous operation and are temperature resistant up to 80°C,. Consequently there is no plastic deformation considering the tightening torques in accordance with the requirements of the user.
