Versatile PE Plastic Scrapers for Filter Presses and Industrial Applications

Plastic scrapers, and in this case particularly the PE scrapers in various designs, find their application in diverse sectors of industrial plants as well as chemical industry and process engineering.  Kwerk GmbH in Montabaur are producing high-quality and durable scrapers. Due to their size, they can be used for stirring, but for cleaning purposes in food and varnish industry as well. The grip area has two holes, allowing prolongation of the shaft with a wooden device or a solid plastic pipe. The BLUE PE scraper is often used for cleaning the filter cloth in filter presses. This scraper is made of PE-MD (medium density), semi-hard and slightly flexible, so that important plant components won’t be damaged. The RED PE scraper, made of PE-HD (high density), is semi-hard and perfectly suitable for cleaning tanks and plant components. The BLACK PE scraper is used in explosion-proof facilities. The high graphite content prevents electrical charge of the scraper. In food and/or varnish industry the WHITE PE scraper is appropriate. Material of this scraper is PE-LD (low density).
