Surface filter cartridges are used for maximum dirt-holding capacities. In this process particles are stopped on the filter surface.
Available in various sizes and micron ratings, you will benefit from the durable material of the filters as well as an extremely low release of fibers. Therefore they are ideally suited to a variety of applications.

SUPPLY RANGE

Folded cellulose and polypropylene cartridge

Characteristics:
- special formulation of resin-impregnated cellulose and polyester fiber
- provides higher wet strength compared to regular cellulose cartridges
- minimal release of fibers

ECP series filtes are produced according to a special formulation of resin-impregnated cellulose and polyester fiber. This unique blend of materials provides a higher wet strength than regular cellulose cartridges. It also provides high flow rates and dirt-holding capacity, while maintaining extremely low pressure drop. The media is pleated around a polypropylene core for added strength. The ends are immersed in a thermo-setting vinyl plastisol. Thereby sealing and end cap are one and the same.
A colour-coding system of the cartridge end caps, facilitates the identification of micron ratings of the ECP series filter cartridges.

Colour code:
- Beige (1-micron)
- White (5-micron)
- Blue (20-micron)
- Yellow (50-micron)

Contrary to similar cartridges, the new ECP filter cartridges are convincing with their great surface. The standard 10 inch filter cartridges have a filter area of more than 0.56 m², while most of the other cartridges only have 0,37 m². The ECP cartridges contain the following quantity of filtering material:

- standard 20" filter cartridge - 1,11 m²
- 10" BB filter cartridge - 1,67 m²
- 20" BB filter cartridge - 3,34 m²
