In our manufacturing company we produce customized dosing and storage tanks made of natural PE in standard design. We set a high value on best quality and process design. The dosing tanks have been checked for resistance to acids and alkalis and meet the German standards in chemical and process engineering.

Inquiries for tanks or storage containers with type approval or according to WHG, we pass to a partner company in the region, we have been doing business with for many years.
The dosing tanks we offer are virtually stress-free, have a uniform wall thickness and smooth inside walls. They are chemical resistant, UV stabilised and can be used in food technology as well. Kwerk- dosing tanks of type DTE are made from high-quality polyethylene in the rotation melting procedure without seams.
The litre scale facilitates reading the filling level and the flat spots allow easy assembly of fittings and tank ducts. When setting up the dosing tanks with agitator, mounting brackets are installed in the lower area, in order to avoid the dosing tank from moving.

The integrated screw socket ¾ “ on the dosing tank, including plug and EPDM seal (plug is supplied loose ) can be drilled out if necessary, for example when installing a drain unit.
Upon customer requests, the screw cap of the dosing tank, optionally with EPDM seal, can be modified by our technicians for alternating operation.
For this purpose we offer a wide range of products:

- installation of a "Storz" coupling for filling
- installation of a "CAMLOCK" coupling
- installation of a suction lance…etc.
The mounting surface on top of the dosing tanks allows installation and integration of various fittings, pumps, agitators and measuring equipment.
