In our plastics workship we produce customized dosing tanks with agitator.
These dosing tanks with agitator can be attached to standard dosing tanks 35 -1000 liters, but also to standard storage tanks. The manufacturer of the agitator designs the stirrer subject to medium, viscosity, temperature and concentration. The welded-on PE mounting plate with bolt circle of the agitator and, if needed, the protecting swing flange, ensure trouble-free operation. The dosing tank with agitator has mounting brackets, preventing moving of the tank during operation. Additionally to the agitator we can deliver on request and according to the process: different drain ball valves, inlet sockets, level indicators or control units for the filling level.

The agitator shaft is available in stainless steel (1.4571), as well as coated with PP or PVDF. Dosing tanks with agitator - as standard or customized product - are used mainly in the market sectors of chemistry and process engineering, including in particular the varnish and paint industry, wastewater technology, plating industry, paper industry and the chemical industry in general.
The "AGITATING" process is applied for dispersing, homogenizing and for heat exchange.
