| The dosing tanks we offer are virtually stress-free, have a uniform wall thickness and smooth inside walls. They are chemical resistant, UV stabilised and can be used in food technology as well. Kwerk- dosing tanks of type DTE are made from high-quality polyethylene, without seams, in the rotation melting procedure.
The litre scale facilitates reading the filling level and the flat spots allow easy assembly of fittings and tank ducts. When setting up the dosing tanks with agitator, mounting brackets are installed in the lower area, in order to avoid the dosing tanks from "moving". The integrated threaded socket ¾ “ on the dosing tank, including plug and EPDM seal (plug is supplied loose ) can be drilled out if necessary, for example when installing a plastic valvesuch as a ball valve or butterfly valve. Upon customer requests, the screw cap of the dosing tan, can be modified by our technicians for alternating operation, optionally with EPDM seal. For this purpose we offer a wide range of products: - installation of a acid vapor separator - installation of a ventilation system - installation of a "Storz" coupling for filling - installation of a "CAMLOCK" coupling - installation of a suction lance…etc. |
The mounting surface on top of the dosing tanks allows installation and integration of various fittings, pumps, agitators and measuring equipment.
